According to a lawsuit filed Monday, March 7th, 2016, the City of Bryant says they aren’t responsible for the streets in a neighborhood known as Midtown. District 84 – or Midtown residents – say Bryant did agree to adopt the streets into the city and needs to take care of maintenance.
