The Saline County Master Gardeners will host their annual plant sale on Saturday, April 16th from 8 a.m. to Noon at the Saline County Fairgrounds, 406 Fairfield Road, Benton (West End of Rodeo Arena).
Organizers say there will be a good selection of native plants available on Saturday. Vegetables, Herbs, Perennials, Annuals, House Plants, Shrubs, Trees. Some specifically listed include: Indian Pink, Arkansas Blue Star, Liatris, Red Honeysuckle, Penstemon, Ozark Coneflower, Dwarf Crested Iris, Southern Maidenhair Fern, Native Columbine, Blue False Indigo, Virginia Sweetspire, Coreopsis, Butterfly Weed, Swamp Milkweed, and Purple Milkweed.
