Power Technology, a company in Saline County, is inviting the public to something they call Manufacturing Day Open House. They are partnering with the Manufacturing Institute to hold this event on Friday, October 7th, at times throughout the day between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The location is 16302 N Alexander Road, south off the County Line exit (126).
This is a day of behind the scenes tours, talks with laser experts, career opportunities, and a general peek into the manufacturing industry. This is open to high school or college students, educators, counselors or just anyone who may be looking for a career change or development avenues.
