The winning ticket was sold at Good Spirits in Hot Springs Village. The winning numbers were 3, 11, 17, 25, 28 and 31. The bonus number was 13.
Lonzo, says he loves LOTTO and has only missed one drawing since its launch in 2022. He purchased the winning ticket at what he says is one of his favorite retailers. As part of his winning strategy, he always purchases a ticket with five sets of digits for one drawing, making sure to use the same numbers each time. Most of these sets include his lucky number: 13.
The Hot Springs Village resident was in the process of purchasing another ticket when he was alerted that he’d won a prize.
Lonzo said he thought at the time, “I’ve got to be asleep!”
He matched five out of six winning digits, plus the bonus number of 13. This made Lonzo’s prize $25,000 – his biggest yet. With his winnings, he says he plans to purchase a new trailer for his clutter removal business.
Because the LOTTO jackpot has not been hit, it rises to $1.129 million for the Wednesday, February 28th drawing. This jackpot is LOTTO’s second highest jackpot since the game launched.

Another winner, Ma C. of Springdale claimed an even bigger sum. It’s the $350,000 top prize on the twenty-dollar, $350,000 Riches instant game. The winning ticket was sold at Circle K #351 in Springdale.
Ma purchased the winning ticket as part of her daily lottery-playing routine. She prefers to play scratch-off games, typically selecting $10 and $20 tickets or the occasional $3 game.
While in the gas station, the Springdale woman began scratching off her ticket. Soon she saw that the very first number matched one of the winning numbers listed on the top row.
“I couldn’t believe it,” Ma shared with lottery officials. She said cried when she found out and called her husband to deliver the good news.
This top prize marks Ma’s biggest yet – a massive jump from the $1,000 prizes she had won previously. She said she intends to purchase a home with her winnings. One more top prize remains for the $350,000 Riches instant game.
