Lisowe’s Lights will host a packing party at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan 30th to pack boxes of night lights to be shipped out to comfort foster children.
Their mission is to get night lights to as many foster children as possible. Amelia Lisowe, a Bryant resident, started the charity in 2018 when she was 7 years old. See the recent KATV video below, about the effort.
The group needs volunteers to help will be pack 1500 lights and cards into 60 boxes to go out across the U.S.
The event will be at the Riggs Cat corporate training center on Thursday, January 30. Coming from Saline County, get on I30 East and take the Chicot Rd exit. Cross under the bridge and the training center will be the first driveway after the bridge on the right.

Lisowe’s Lights is also partnering with UA Little Rock Trojans in their game vs. Arkansas State Red Wolves to raise funds and night lights for the charity.
Bring a night light to the game on Saturday, February 8th at 2 p.m. at the Jack Stephens Center in Little Rock. Click for info on the arena and directions.
