The Summer LIHEAP Utility Assistance program will begin the week of Monday, July 8, and continue as long as funds are available, according to the Central Arkansas Development Council (CADC). This program is in the following counties in Arkansas: Calhoun, Clark, Columbia, Dallas, Hempstead, Hot Spring, Howard, Lafayette, Little River, Lonoke, Miller, Montgomery, Nevada, Ouachita, Pike, Pulaski, Saline, Sevier and Union.
