In this strategic card game, you use your own personalized deck to see who has the greatest abilities and only the strongest survive! Jo Tabor, a Certified Personal Trainer and fitness coach, will teach participants the basics of Tai Chi. This is a program geared towards beginning practitioners, but all skill levels are welcome! Please dress comfortably for movement.
