NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Benton, Arkansas on Tuesday, the 5th day of December, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at 114 South East Street on the petition of RockTown Capital, LLC for a variance of the property located at 115 S. First Street on the following lands to wit: LOT 5, BLOCK 1, DICKINSON ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF BENTON, SALINE COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
PUBLIC NOTICE The Board of the Saline County Regional Solid Waste Management District intends to adopt a rule amending its prior rules and continuing the Five Dollar ($5.00) fee and eligibility requirements for issuance to households desiring the same of coupons for disposal of household waste at the Republic Services Landfill located on Sardis Road, Bauxite, Arkansas, up to two (2) days per year without paying gate charges or tipping fees; authorizing payment for coupons by credit card or debit card, and establishing an administrative convenience fee for such card payment. Copies of the proposed rule and related documents may be examined at the offices of the District at 520 Edison Avenue, Benton, Arkansas 72015 during normal business hours. Any interested person may present his or her position on the intended action of the District or on the issues related to the intended action of the District in writing delivered to the offices of the District prior to Wednesday, December 13, 2023, or in person at a Public Hearing which will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday,December 13, 2023, at Benton City Hall (Council Chamber), 114 South East Street, Benton, Arkansas
