Butler, a single woman executed a Deed of Trust to Dyke, Henry, Goldsholl & Winzerling, PLC, as Trustee for the benefit of U.S. Bank N.A., which was recorded on January 23, 2014 in Book 2014, Page 5235, and re-recorded on October 29, 2014 in Book 2014, Page 80258, and modified in Instrument Number 2018-004859 in the real estate records of Saline County, Arkansas. The party initiating foreclosure is U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION and can be contacted at or in care of its servicer initiating foreclosure at: U.S. Bank National Association, 2800 Tamarack Road, Owensboro, KY 42301, at Telephone Number 1-800-365-7772; and
