UPDATE JAN 2, 2020
Jared Voth, owner of Koffee with a Kause (KWAK) opened up to reveal some plans for expanding the Benton location. KWAK started out in a small building in a parking lot by the frontage road in Bryant. It grew to include a mobile trailer in the historic downtown Benton area. Downtown has changed a lot over the last two years, growing to add several more restaurants and boutiques. Circumstances made it necessary for the mobile trailer to change location a couple of times, but now this local business is renovating a permanent structure at 210 W. Ashley Street. They are in the trailer right now and will move operations inside house when it’s ready. They will still have a drive-thru.
Voth posted a video on social media, telling some of the things in the works. He wants to have comfortable chairs and couches for a friendly atmosphere that makes customers want to stay and visit longer. He will have the same countless flavors and types of coffee and other drinks but will add more food items, particularly breakfast.
Since this property sits behind The Palace, which faces South Street, the two businesses will share patio space for patrons to gather and dine. The Palace will be home to Baja Grill and Valhalla Pizza with axe throwing, along with the possibility of some loft living space. See the video below about Koffee with a Kause.

Downtown Coffee Business Rolls Around the Corner
A mobile coffee shop in downtown Benton will roll around the corner until it gets a more stable location. More about that below, but first…
It helps to be on wheels when you’re a business that finds out you have to move – now! Jared Voth, owner of Koffee with a Kause knew he was going to need to move his coffee trailer from its current location soon. There is a new tenant going in the location where Koffee has been sitting the last several months. Jared found out on Monday morning that the electricity would turn off there at the Roseberry building at Main and Conway Streets, so he would need to seek out another place to do business. He has made a few social media posts to keep customers in the loop.
So how do you find “Koffee” in the morning? Put 210 W. Ashley Street in your GPS. Or, from the courthouse, head south on Market Street and when you get to Habitat ReStore, take a right onto River Street, then an immediate right onto Ashley Street. See a white house on the right with a red front door and the Koffee trailer will be waiting right next to it. Jared posted a video showing the route. After you’ve gotten your order, you’ll drive straight and come out on South Street.
Now about the more stable location – Koffee is having the inside of the red door house renovated and that will be their permanent location (without wheels). Jared told us this house is directly behind The Palace, and they will share outdoor seating. Edit: See the update above from January 2, 2020.
