The final member of an Arkansas drug trafficking group was sentenced late last week for crimes related to the distribution of methamphetamine. The Honorable Judge Timothy L. Brooks presided over the sentencing hearings in the United States District Court in Fayetteville.
According to court documents, beginning in October 2022, agents with the 4th Judicial District Drug Task Force initiated an investigation into a drug trafficking organization operating out of the Fayetteville Division responsible for the distribution of methamphetamine in the Northwest Arkansas area. During the course of their investigation, investigators identified five individuals who were responsible for distributing large quantities of methamphetamine throughout the Western District of Arkansas.

The members of the drug trafficking organization indicted federally have been sentenced as follows:
Kevin Michael Burke, age 37, of Bryant, Arkansas is convicted of Distribution of a Mixture or Substance Containing a Detectable Amount of Methamphetamine. He received 235 months imprisonment and 3-year term of supervised release. (Pictures above and below are from Washington County Sheriff’s Office)
Ryan Seth Bruce, age 35, of Clinton, Arkansas is convicted of Distribution of a Mixture or Substance Containing a Detectable Amount of Methamphetamine. He received 72 months imprisonment and 3-year term of supervised release.
Joe Chantharath, age 42, of Springdale, Arkansas is convicted of Distribution of a Mixture or Substance Containing a Detectable Amount of Methamphetamine. He received 135 months imprisonment and 3-year term of supervised release, plus an additional 24-month term of imprisonment to run consecutively to new sentence as a consequence of his federal supervised release being revoked.
Anthony Chantharath, age 35, of Springdale, Arkansas is convicted of Possession of a Mixture or Substance Containing a Detectable Amount of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute. He received 137 months imprisonment and 3-year term of supervised release.
Destiny DeAnne Satterfield, age 25, of Springdale, Arkansas is convicted of Possession of a Mixture or Substance Containing a Detectable Amount of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute. She received 77 months imprisonment and 3-year term of supervised release.
