A weekend stabbing at an off-road park has left an Alexander teen in serious condition. Pulaski County Sheriff’s Deputies initially responded since Carter Off-Road Park, at 7498 Anderson Street, is located in the Pulaski County side of Alexander area. However, the road to enter the park is located in Saline County.
Bryant Police officers took Memphis Ketelsen, age 19, also from the Alexander area, into custody as a suspect from the early Sunday morning incident. Police have pressed several criminal charges, as follows:
Terroristic Threatening in the 3rd Degree (Class D – Felony); Two counts of Battery in the 2nd Degree on a Law Enforcement Officer; Resisting Arrest (Misdemeanor); Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree (Under $1,000 – Misdemeanor).
Ketelsen is being held at the Saline County Detention Center without bond.
