The City of Benton Planning Commission has called a special meeting for review of the Jackman Ridge Storage Center project. The meeting will be held in Council Chambers at Benton City Hall, Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. The public is invited.
Eric Richardson, on behalf of Richardson Engineering and Aaron Rasburry, are requesting approval of a Site Plan for a Mini Storage Facility at 6310 W. Jackman Trail (map below). The Parcel is #001-09126-000.
This property is outside of Benton City Limits but is located within the City of Benton’s ETJ (Extra Territorial Jurisdiction). Therefore, Benton must oversee the planning process.
All requirements for this Site Plan been met in accordance with City Ordinance. City staff and Benton Utilities staff questions comments have all been addressed and approved.
