Attorney General Tim Griffin issued a statement on the arrest of John Moseley, 41, of Benton on 30 counts of distributing, possessing, or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.

Moseley was booked Monday, December 11, 2023, into the Saline County Detention Center. He is currently being held pending a bond hearing.
