There are currently 24,253 cases (up 439, up 587 Saturday, up 605 Sunday)
• 8 of 439 in correctional facilities
• 6,127 active cases (117 in nursing homes, 456 correctional facilities, 5,554 community)
• Of the 439 new cases: 77 in Washington County, 36 Benton Co, 46 Pulaski Co, 36 Yell Co, 18 Sebastian Co, 19 Faulkner Co, 16 Crittenden Co
337 hospitalized (up 12)
• Up 40 over Saturday and Sunday
292 deaths (up 5)
81 on ventilators (up 6)
17,834 recovered (up 701)
3,615 tests yesterday
• 30,646 of 200,000 test goal for July

Governor Hutchinson and Secretary Smith made these announcements today:
1. The state currently has about 350 contact tracers, General Dynamics is now under contract with the state at $20 million for 1 year to add an additional 350 contact tracers. They will start this week.
2. An additional contract with another group will add another 350 contact tracers.
3. Answer the phone from this number: 1-877-272-6819
• Contacting you regarding COVID-19 contact tracing
• They will provide information you can verify
• Will never ask for money
• Normally will not call after 8PM
