Real Estate experts say that buyer demand will stay strong in 2022. Homes for sale received an average of 3.8 offers to buy in the months leading up to 2022. It is unlikely that home prices will go down soon, especially in 2022. Freddie Mac seems to believe that home prices will increase at a rate of 1.5% each quarter of this year.

Remember, that’s on the low end of the growth that experts are predicting. If demand keeps increasing and inventory keeps dropping, then people willing to pay even more for housing and prices could grow even faster.

All in all, Saline County sits in one of the best spots in the country for steady growth and stable inventory. Saline County is a Great place to call Home.
