It’s time for the annual Hooked On Outdoors event.
The Benton Police Department along with Benton Animal Control and Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will host its annual fishing derby in an expanded fashion this year on Thursday, June 23rd, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Sunset Lake.
This is a free event open to ages 12 and under. Door prizes and biggest catch will be awarded.There will be boat rides, animals for adoption and more. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.
