Local political parties announced filing dates and fee schedules to run for public elected office in Saline County in 2022. Candidates must first file at their political party’s county headquarters. The filing hours and fees for the Democratic and Republican Parties are listed below. ?
Next, candidates must go to the Saline County Clerk’s office at 220 N. Main, Benton, AR 72015 and present written evidence of the filing fee payment, in order to file. That filing period will begin at Noon, Tuesday, February 22nd and will end at NOON, Tuesday, March 1st, 2022
The preferential primary is May 24.
