It looks like people in Saline County like catfish. Who’da thunk it? Maybe you noticed that Eat My Catfish in Benton, has been doing some work on their restaurant. Well, they’re adding 60 seats to the dining room and biggifying the kitchen, freezer space and (ahem) restrooms. That’s a long way from a tiny food trailer on a concrete pad. They expect to complete renovation by May 1st, 2015.
Owner of the restaurant, Travis Hester, says, “The support we have received from residents, other businesses and community leaders over the years has been just incredible. We can’t wait to continue our growth in the city of Benton and Saline County for many more years to come.”
