Benton Utilities reports that power has been restored to customers who live in previously affected areas near Alcoa, Benton Schools and City Hall. If you are still experiencing a power outage at this time, please contact us at 501-776-5930.

Benton Utilities reports that Electric Crews are on the scene where 5 spans of electrical primary have been torn down on Alcoa Rd by a large pine tree. It will take several hours to restore the power to the areas effected.
There are 5 crews working to get this restored as quickly as possible. It effects customers on streets and in subdivisions off Alcoa, also the areas around the schools by Border St, all the way through to the area around City Hall. The utilities office is also currently experiencing phone issues and they are working to resolve it.

Benton Utilities Electric Crew is enroute to an outage in the area of Alcoa Rd, the schools on Border St through to the area of City Hall, there is a report of a pine tree that broke and has taken a line down.
When they arrive, they will assess the situation and get as many customers back on ASAP. They will then continue working to restore any remaining customers power. No estimated time at this time. We are also working to resolve phone issues at this time for our business.
