MySaline has been posting the list of local pantries about once a week these days and we do that for two reasons. The first is so that those in need can find them and hopefully get that need met. The second reason is to let others know where to donate. Right now is a critical time when there are a lot of people out of work or with kids at home or both, and they may be using those pantry locations more than ever.
The next time you get groceries, consider getting a little extra and taking it to one of the pantries. Many of the large pantries are closed right now due to health safety issues, but all of the little pantries/blessing boxes are still being used.
