Hwy 70 & High Point Rd between Benton and Hot Springs. Skinny male dog with orange collar, dog chain trailing behind him. Friendly & probably someone’s hunting dog. Reader says, “I gave him food and water and he is chained in the barn. Please call or text me if he is yours. I will meet you at Benton PD to hand him over.
