We told you about six months ago that Denny’s planned to open their new Bryant somewhere between May to June, and they made the goal, even through the pandemic.
The big sign was hoisted to the pole on May 19th and now today the restaurant is open at 23236 Interstate 30 North, right next to Cracker Barrel. I don’t see a social media presence yet for this individual location, but for comparison, the hours at the Shackleford location are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., 7 days.

The Denny’s in Bryant is projected to open late May to mid-June in the old Ruby Tuesday building (near Cracker Barrel and in front of Walmart). About 65 jobs will be created. Interviews will be held on-site two weeks out from the opening date.

A Denny’s restaurant is set to return to Saline County. If you’ve lived in these parts for longer than about 10 years, you probably know that there used to be a Denny’s restaurant in Benton, where Cantina Cinco de Mayo currently does business.
There is now a big yellow banner with their very recognizable logo hanging on the old Ruby Tuesday building at 23236 Interstate 30 in Bryant. That’s in front of Walmart and right next door to Cracker Barrel, at Exit 123.
Denny’s currently has eight restaurants in Arkansas and over 1,700 locations Nationwide. It began as a 24-hour donut shop in 1953.
