Watch the video about bringing a Career and Technical Education School (CTE School) to the county to serve students from several school districts – Sheridan, Bauxite, Bryant, Benton, Harmony Grove and Glen Rose.
There will be an issue on the General Election ballot November 6, 2018, to build this school – they are asking for a 3/8 cent sales tax countywide to build it. Cornwell stated if the county didn’t grow any more, the payoff would be in 12 years, but anticipates that it will grow and the payoff will be sooner.
