Crush Wine & Spirits held their last day of business on June 6th and liquidated the store assets. It has been reported that a local bank now owns the building, but it’s unclear what they plan to do with it. The location is 3345 Highway 5 North near Springhill Road.
Ed and Lisa Wright opened Crush in the summer of 2017. It was one of the first liquor stores to open in Saline County since the days of prohibition. An election in 2016 allowed the county to “go wet” again.
Crush joined the Benton and Bryant Chambers of Commerce on July 6th, 2017. See below for photos inside the store as it was.
