We first told you in September 2022 that a new restaurant was coming to Bryant, Arkansas. When we said “gourmet hot dogs,” many readers used the top 10 Southern phrase – “Do what?” But you’ll just have to experience it!
When we said Crave’s goal to open was in May, we meant it. The goal part that is. There’s a lot that goes into opening a new business – especially one dealing with food.
The Page family – who grew up in Benton, Arkansas – have given us the specific opening date of Saturday, July 29th, 2023.

Saline County couple Jamie and Melanie Page are bringing a new restaurant to the community.

Melanie posted to social media on Monday night, September 19th, “Sooooo THE Breaking News: After much prayer, thought, and discussion, we have decided to branch out into an amazing opportunity and become Crave franchise owners.”
They have wings.
According to a recent press release, Crave features hot dogs, sausages, and brats and 20+ toppings. Pulled chicken, pulled pork, and smoked brisket are for sandwiches, sliders, and plates. Crave already has locations either established or coming soon in 16 other states. This will be the first in Arkansas.

Melanie continued, “We have been extremely blessed with family support and can’t wait to launch during Q2 of next year!”
So yes, Crave has barbecue and hot dogs, but also a self pour beer wall, wine, frozen mixed drinks, ax throwing, sports TV, games, trivia, and a patio with live entertainment.
Crave was awarded “Top 100 Movers & Shakers” in 2021 & 2022 by Fast Casual, and Frantastic 500 Award in 2021. The company was founded by Samantha Rincione, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Operations Office, asking with Salvatore Rincione, Chief Development Officer.

The location has recently been revealed as 3429 Market Place in Bryant. That’s in the new properties behind Walmart, near the new location of Pizza Hut. Jamie states they hope to open around May 2023. Watch for more details.
