The City of Benton is hosting a company that is doing drive-thru Covid-19 testing throughout February 2022.

WHERE
- From the Frontage Road, take Citizens Drive and look for the white tent in the parking lot on the right.
- Or.. from Jackman St, pass the Senior Center, go through the roundabout and look for the white tent in the parking lot on the right.
Come to the parking lot that’s behind the Saline County Fairgrounds in Benton. See the map below.
WHEN
The hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday – Friday, and 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays. It’s not necessary to make an appointment.
DO I NEED INSURANCE?
The public is welcome to this testing event. There will be no out-of-pocket expense. If you are insured, they will bill your insurance for symptomatic or asymptomatic. If you are uninsured they will bill the Federal Government Uninsured Program (FGUP). You may be asked to provide your Social Security Number to confirm uninsured status, for the billing to FGUP.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Everyone is eligible for Covid-19 testing services, no matter their immigration status (no Social Security Number or Government ID is required). All ages are able to get a test. Test results will be available within 12-24 hours, through the HIPAA-Compliant Portal.
WHAT TEST IS IT?
This will be the PCR test, considered to be the most sensitive and accurate test.
