Saline County Judge Jeff Arey kicked off his 2016 Mobile Offices with a successful visit to Hot Springs Village. Area residents were able to meet Judge Arey and his staff and get information about the services offered by the County Judge’s office. Representatives from the Recycle Saline Office were also there with information concerning the landfill and recycling.
According to Arey “One of my goals for this year is to host Mobile Offices in areas that we weren’t able to get to last year. We are excited for this opportunity to get out of the Courthouse and visit directly with the people about the issues that affect their daily lives. We want folks to come out and share their concerns, ask questions and discuss any issues that we may be able to help them with. I think it is important for elected officials to be accessible to the public. It lets the community know that we care, and also, it helps us do our job better! By visiting various locations in the county I hope to show each community that they are not forgotten. No appointments are necessary, just drop by when we are in your area. If we don’t have a Mobile Office scheduled for your community yet, you’re welcome to come to any of the other locations.”
