Renovation Plans
Watson came two weeks ago and moved the 4 consoles from the other room and all 9 consoles are in one room.
Working on a plan for what to do with the spare room right now. Spoke with CJ Engel about reimbursement and he advised they will have a request form that is not available at this time but will have one in the future to fill out. He advised me to keep all invoices associated with 911 consolidation costs and send them with the reimbursement request form.
Personnel
• At this time, we have no full-time positions available and 5 new hires are in training.
CAD:
Contacted Southern Software about an API connection to Spillman.
Spoke with a neighboring county that will soon be going through a consolidation process similar to ours, and received their insight on 2 CAD systems in one dispatch center. The new CAD server has been ordered.
