You guys are making me laugh with all your messages asking about what’s being built at Congo and Longhills. That’s good though, I love it.
Yes, there is construction right next to the Dollar General on Congo Road at Longhills/W. Longhills (pictured below, facing south).

It’s been a while coming because the person who owns the land, Paul Singh of Benton Food N Gas at Newcomb Street in Benton (pictured below), had to get proper utilities on that corner. Construction always depends on the weather, but you should see a new convenience mart there within a few months.
