Come to youth chess night at the library branch in Benton at 1800 Smithers. Ages 9-18 are invited to meet other players and stay for a game or two. The library provides the game boards. This event is 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, October 21st. Registration is not required.

Twelve young ladies will represent Harmony Grove High School as maids on the 2019 Homecoming Court. The high school will celebrate Homecoming on Friday, October 18th, when the Cardinals take on Arkadelphia. Festivities begin at 6:30 p.m. at Cardinal Stadium. The Harmony Grove Homecoming queen will be crowned prior to kickoff at 7 p.m.
