Cooper-Anthony Mercy Child Advocacy Center (CAMCAC) will host its Aim for Advocacy Trap Shoot at the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission Shooting Sports Complex. The address is 2800 Graham Rd, Jacksonville, AR 72076. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and the event begins at 9:00 a.m.
Presented by BR McGinty, the trap shoot welcomes individuals and five-person teams in both youth and adult categories. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams and best individual shooters. Each participant will receive 50 rounds of ammunition, generously donated by Remington, and should bring their own firearm. Teams from across the state are encouraged to participate.
Attendees will enjoy breakfast provided by Clark Construction, lunch from Riverside Grocery and Catering, and snacks courtesy of Ben E. Keith. A highlight of the event is the return of former Olympian Shawn Dulohery, who will entertain participants with trick shots and offer mulligans for teams.
“We are excited for this year’s event,” said CAMCAC Executive Director Tracey Childress. “We couldn’t continue our mission without the support of our community, and this trap shoot is a fun way for people to get involved and make a real difference in the lives of children.”

All proceeds directly benefit CAMCAC and the children it serves, providing forensic interviews, advocacy, therapy and medical services—at no cost to families.

The Cooper-Anthony Mercy Child Advocacy Center’s mission utilizes a multidisciplinary team approach to provide a safe, child-friendly and caring place where children are assessed when allegations of child abuse arise. This approach includes law enforcement, Department of Human Services, Arkansas State Police – Crimes Against Children Division, Prosecutor’s Office and the Child Advocacy Center. Through forensic interviews, therapy, medical evaluations, and advocacy, CAMCAC works to bring hope, healing and justice to children and families in need. CAMCAC currently has offices in Hot Springs and Benton. It serves five counties: Montgomery, Garland, Saline, Hot Springs and Grant.
