There’s a new food truck at Main St. Station in historic downtown Benton. Named after the owner’s son, Li’l Bub’s Grubs and Coffee has been open since the end of January at the former gas station turned food truck lot.
Anna Cosgrove and Timithy Singletary are serving up coffee (of course), smoothies, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches and more from Monday – Saturday 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Anna said she’s wanted this since she was 15 years old.
“I’ve always loved coffee and creating craft beverages and we love food and seeing customers’ reactions to our food,” stated Anna. “We appreciate and thank everyone who has supported us.”
