Bryant Officers were called to a residence on Bridgeport Lane for a shooting that happened around 10:00 a.m. Thursday.
The victim, Jarvis Milton, age 28, was playing basketball in the driveway with a friend when a black sports car stopped in the street. It was reported that the driver got out of the car and began firing what was described as a rifle. Police say Milton was shot in the leg from the gunfire. He was taken to an area hospital for his injuries.
The police do not know at this time who the shooter is, but Bryant investigators are actively working the case and following up on leads.
