Over five years ago, Bryant Public Schools developed a Strategic Plan to establish the goals guiding the school district. The plan focuses on four areas:
- social and emotional learning;
- teaching and learning;
- facilities and systems;
- and personnel.

Each spring, the district asks students, staff, parents, and community members to take the annual Climate Survey, which provides the data needed to measure plan progress.
“As members of the community, each person has a vested interest in the success of our local school district. We need honest feedback from our stakeholders. Responses provide us with valuable information we use to set goals and make changes/improvements at both the school and district level. Your responses are important to planning for the future of our district,” said Dr. Karen Walters, Bryant Superintendent.
