The Bryant School Board will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, March 4th at 6pm to discuss where a road will go. The meeting will be held in the Board Room located at the Administration Building, 1511 N. Reynolds Road.

II. MOU with the City of Bryant (See details below)
Administration recommends approval of the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the City of Bryant for the design work for improvements to Hill Farm Road, not to exceed $155,000.
Administration has held several meetings with Interim Mayor Sanders and others to discuss the connection of Bryant Parkway to Hill Farm Road. The district has concerns about the connection to Hill Farm Road and is hopeful that the connection may be revised to connect to County Road 1, south of Bryant Junior High.
Regardless of where the final connection is made, there must be improvements in regard to curb cuts, turning lanes, and other revisions. The improvements are necessary for families utilizing Bryant Parkway to access entry to Bryant Junior High and Hill Farm Elementary. The attached MOU is only for the design portion. The district is hopeful that work can be completed over the summer, prior to the start of school.
III. Personnel Items
Administration will present a recommendation for the approval of personnel items in the areas of certified resignations, classified resignations, certified new hires, classified new hires, certified contract adjustments, and classified contract adjustments.
