There has been an empty property for a few months in Bryant, after 10 Fitness left to expand into their new construction on Reynolds Road. 519 West Commerce is no longer empty though, because a local family is going into the doggy business.
Chris & Neeli Kinzler grew up in Bryant and graduated as Hornets. They and their five kids are the owners of the new business, The Salty Dawg. It’s a daycare for dogs and they also will have grooming services.
“I’m a full time pastor, but we love dogs and our community, and thought this would be a good service to our hometown,” said Chris.
The Kinzlers used to operate Bryant Fitness Zone, so they are not new to owning the building. They have been sponsoring the Salt Bowl trophy through the years, either as their business or as a family. This year, the sponsor will be The Salty Dawg.

The business will occupy the entire building which is nearly 10,000 square feet with two-stories. They plan to do a soft opening on July 1st.
Chris said they are currently looking to hire groomers and people who love dogs, and people to work the front desk and play area. To apply, come by their business and fill out an application.
