Bryant officials are looking for a dog involved in a bite incident that happened on Saturday, April 29, 2023.
Bryant Animal Control released a statement regarding the incident. It says that a short time after 2:00 p.m. that day, a subject entered the Lowe’s Home Improvement store in Bryant with a large, mastiff-type dog on a leash. The statement says that while the subject and the dog were walking around the store, the dog bit a store employee on the hand, breaking the skin. It states that the man then took the dog and fled the scene in a dark-colored small or midsize pickup truck, possibly a Nissan.
The dog is described as an adult, large, short-haired, brindle and white, mastiff-type dog with a long tail, unaltered male with a green collar and blue leash.
The man is described as a white male, possibly in his 40s or 50s, with short hair, wearing sunglasses, orange or red polo shirt, blue jeans, and tan or off-white sneakers.
