Looks like Bryant just got a little sweeter! A new chocolate shop has opened their doors on Marketplace Avenue, where it intersects with Highway 5 North.
It’s called Cocoa Belle and the owner is Carmen Portillo. According to the bio on www.cocoabellechocolates.com, Carmen fell in love with chocolate truffles while living in Europe, so long story short, she ended up making them when she came back to the States and couldn’t get them. Too bad for me, I missed their open hours today, but I’ll make sure to check back in with them soon and get a taste.
