As early voting in the 2024 Primary Election has begun, so has a lawsuit by one of the candidates. Let’s start with the two parties to the lawsuit.
Jason Brown is running for the office of Mayor in Bryant, Arkansas. He is currently a Bryant City Councilman. He is the plaintiff, and filed the lawsuit in the Circuit Court of Saline County on Tuesday, February, 20, 2024.
Courtney Park previously worked in a contractor capacity as a bookkeeper for the Chamber Bryant Chamber of Commerce, where Mr. Brown was President and CEO at the time. She currently works with the Boys and Girls Club of Bryant.
