Chip and Brennan Bosley, owners and contractors for Bosley Construction, have lived in Saline County most of their lives. With years of experience, their building expertise is unmatched. From a young age, they helped their father in his construction company that he started in 1986 – but the generational building did not start there! Chip and Brennan’s grandfather started building homes in Little Rock in 1948. The Bosley brothers have building in their blood.
Not only do they have years of experience, but their college education also makes them amazingly knowledgeable and capable in the building world. Chip Bosley holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, while Brennan holds a degree in Agriculture Engineering.
“With my degree in Agricultural Engineering, I feel that I have unique insight into the development of land from the raw beginning through the house building process,” stated Brennan.
After following in their father and grandfather’s footsteps and developing in Little Rock for many years, the Bosley Brothers decided it was time to come home to Saline County. They purchased The Woodlands neighborhood two years ago and have completely changed the neighborhood for the better. Through cleaning up the existing pond, adding nature trails and a walking track, landscaping, and so much more, the property values have risen, and the neighborhood has become a sought-after destination for home buyers. With the addition of the neighborhood pool, The Woodlands is now the only Benton neighborhood with a swimming pool.
After improving the existing neighborhood, the Bosley’s added a new addition to The Woodlands, The Preserve.
“With The Preserve, our hope is to bring a new type of neighborhood to Saline County. We want to bring a neighborhood of unique homes that will draw friendly neighbors and form a front porch community” Chip stated.
Through building both spec homes as well as custom homes, the Bosley’s believe that each house should reflect their individual customer’s wishes. Their goal is to instill confidence by treating each customer with respect. With that in mind, Keri Bosley, Brennan’s wife, acts as the operations manager as well as the design coordinator for Bosley Construction. She is able to help customers through the process of designing their dream home.
“My favorite part of the design process is meeting with new customers, getting to know them, and working with that family to design their home. I like listening to what they want in their house then watching their dream become a reality,” Keri said.
As part of the Bosley Construction building process, Keri is with the customer from the beginning through the end. She aids the customer by brainstorming the wants and needs in their new house and then walking them through each step in the decision-making process. Keri attends each meeting where she makes suggestions on design and makes sure the customers are getting exactly what they want while staying in budget.
“We have a timeline for all selections, and it can be overwhelming for some people. I try to make that process easier and hopefully take some of the stress away,” said Keri.
The goal of Bosley Construction is for each customer to be in love with their home when they move in.
