The Benton Police Department announces the recent graduation of an officer from the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy (ALETA) in Camden. Mitchell Hall was hired by the Department in August after successfully passing all of the required testing and hiring requirements.
Officer Hall graduated from the ALETA in Camden on Friday, December 15th. Officer Hall successfully passed all required academic and training requirements, and he was the Leader for Squad A and was second in Academics for his graduating class.
In addition to over 500 hours of training at the academy, Officer Hall will now work towards completing a twelve-week Field Training Course (FTC). Upon completion of the FTC, Hall will then assume the role of a patrol officer.
