Chief Executive Officer Dr. Brad Holloway announces Benton resident Todd McGuire, LPC, as the Chief Operations Officer of Birch Tree Communities. McGuire will begin as COO on May 12, 2024. He most recently served as the Director of Branch Operations for the AHC and Malvern branches.
As COO, he will be responsible for overseeing facilities, including new construction, remodels, maintenance, and special projects. He will also supervise the HUD program, Health and Safety, Marketing, and Fleet Management.

McGuire holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Henderson State University. He began his career in behavioral health working in a substance abuse treatment center in Fort Worth, Texas.
McGuire started with Birch Tree Communities in 2013 as a mental health paraprofessional, became a therapist in 2016, and was promoted as the Director of Branch Operations – Conway in 2018. He moved to direct the AHC and Malvern branches in 2019. McGuire serves on the board for Victory Ministries in Fort Worth, Texas and provides private counseling services at Arkansas Counseling and Wellness.
He currently resides in Benton, Arkansas with his wife, Meagan, who is an assistant principal for the Benton School District, and their two sons, Beckett and Isaac. They are active members of their church, and he spends most of his free time at his kid’s sporting events, playing golf, hunting, and being with family.

His experience in multiple positions and his drive to succeed will allow him to further develop his skills and thrive in the COO position’” said CEO Dr. Brad Holloway.

Birch Tree Communities, Inc. is a non-profit, behavioral health program that provides therapeutic community services for adults living with a serious mental illness. We serve approximately 400 members with a primary diagnosis of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder in 12 branches across the state of Arkansas.
