Construction Alert: Starting February 24, 2025, and moving forward for the next 3 months, Benton Utilities has subcontracted the replacement of the water line
It will start roughly from 410 River Street, north on Market Street, and all the way down West Sevier to the interstate. See the interactive Google Map below:
This includes all the Market Street businesses and neighborhoods along Sevier Street. The map shows the route.
This project has been in the works for a while and is expected to last about 3 months. The larger water line will help with water pressure, and water flow for residents as well as our fire department, and many other advantages. The City of Benton and Benton Utilities ask that local please be patient as this project gets underway.
