The Benton Police Department is asking the public to help identify a suspect(s) involved in an armed robbery. At approximately 4:38 a.m. Thursday, May 4, 2017, officers responded to a report of an armed robbery at Bullock’s Superstop, near exit 116 at 15536 Interstate 30 North.
Store employees said a white male wearing blue jeans, an olive green hoodie, and a white mask entered the store holding a handgun. The suspect then demanded employees to hand over money from the cash register.
The suspect then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect was not located in the area.
