Benton Parks and Recreation is set to make improvements in several local parks.
“There is over $250,000 in grant funding dedicated towards some of these projects,” says Stephanie Jones, Director of Parks and Recreation. “We are very excited to continue updating our parks system while improving the quality of life in Benton. I am thankful for the support from Mayor Farmer, Council Members and the community.”
Park improvements are listed below and the Department is hopeful that they will be completed by the end of 2020. The Parks Department will continue to evaluate each park on a yearly basis for future improvements.
