Benton Parks Outdoor Adventures program invites local youth to engage in a new program, featuring a variety of outdoor skills and experiences – and there will be achievement patches! The City’s Parks and Recreation Department is partnering with the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission (AGFC) to offer a large schedule of activities, camps and classes.
Each participant will receive a Benton Parks Outdoors vest to display their skills patches. Kids will get a unique for every achievement they complete. The intended age group for this program is mostly between 9 and 15 years old, but some of the classes are for adults too. There will be a parent meeting on Fri, Mar 3rd, at 6:30 p.m. at the River Center. The address is 1800 Citizen Way in Benton, off Exit 116.
