The City of Benton will host back-to-back Halloween events on at Riverside Park on Saturday, October 24th.
Street of Treats is a drive-thru trick-or-treat event . Dress in costume and drive through the parking lot from 5-7:30 p.m. and get candy for the kids. Jeep, car, and truck clubs, church groups, and local businesses & organizations will line the street at Riverside Park and hand out candy. Dress your kids in Halloween costumes and bring them for a free, fun, safe way to trick-or-treat.
The event will take place in Lot #6 (ball fields) and Lot #4 (Boys & Girls Club) at Riverside Park.
To trunk-or-treat, you’ll take Airlane Dr. off of the I-30 Service Road all the way down to Dale Ave. Turn right onto Dale Ave and then turn right onto Citizens Way into Riverside Park.
There will be directional signs posted on Airlane Dr. and parking lot attendants will be onsite to help guide you when you arrive.
Trunk-or-Treaters will remain in the vehicle. Vehicles will drive through a designated area and be handed candy from over 150 amazing volunteers who have signed up to make this event possible.

Afterward, stick around for a drive-in movie to begin at 8 p.m., featuring Hocus Pocus and sponsored by Baxley-Penfield-Moudy Realtors and Merchants & Farmers Bank.
