A shopping center in Benton, Arkansas just changed hands from a Little Rock company, to one in Plantation, in South Florida. Saline County Assessor records show the deal closed on May 10, 2023 for the sale of Benton Commons.
Locals will know this property in the 1400 block of Military Road as “the Krogers.” The price for the 7.97 acres of parking and structures, along with the supermarket, pharmacy and fuel center, was $9,340,000. The Colliers Arkansas firm in Little Rock managed the sale.
There are several other businesses leasing space in the center, including Your CBD Store, H&R Block, Great Clips, Star Nails, Sumo Express, and Dennia Beard State Farm Insurance Agent. Top 10 Wine and Spirits, along with Back Yard Burgers, both at the front of the parking lot, were not part of the sale.
Kirkpatrick Real Properties LLC was the seller and a company named 1410 Military Rd LLC was the buyer.
