Benton has called a special meeting of City Council on Thursday, March 16, to consider a utility rate increase. That is three separate ordinances for increasing the rates for water, wastewater and electric.
The public is invited to join the meeting and bring comments. This meeting will be at Council Chambers at the Benton Municipal Complex, immediately following the Committee Commissions meeting (at 5:00 p.m.) See both meeting agendas below. The address is 114 S. East St, Benton.
